Executive Leadership Team
Daniel Illig
Co-founder & Managing Director, Investments
Previously, Daniel worked for Bridgewater Associates in Connecticut, the world’s largest hedge fund, within client portfolio management, analytics, and strategy. He is an active investor in US Private Real Estate, both through direct holdings and through syndication investments. Daniel studied at the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and at the University of Melbourne (Australia) and holds a BSc. degree in economics.
Jurgen Andriessen
Co-founder & Managing Director, Operations
Previously, Jurgen worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for six years in the US and Europe as a core member of their Private Equity practice. Prior to that, he worked as a DSI-certified Investment Advisor with Velthuyse & Mulder Wealth Management. Jurgen studied at the University of Amsterdam and at Harvard University and holds BSc and MSc degrees in Economics & Business.

Teresa Dyer
Teresa brings over 30 years of real estate experience. In 2009, she co-founded M7 Real Estate where she set up and ran their Investor Relations team, and currently is Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Teresa worked at GPT Halverton and INVESCO real estate where she was responsible for fund structuring, compliance, marketing, and debt & equity raising among others. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Taco de Groot
Taco brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. He is currently CEO of Urban Interest, one of the largest private real estate investors in the Netherlands. Before that, Taco was CEO of Vastned Retail NV for nearly 10 years, leading the listed European real estate property company with a portfolio of around €1.7 billion. Additionally, he gained experience in real estate fund management and deal structuring through positions at M7 Real Estate and GPT Halverton.
Steen Foldberg
Steen brings over 30 years of investment experience, including with full-lifecycle real estate fund management. His experience includes board positions at some of Europe’s largest real estate funds. Steen currently acts as independent board member at fund management companies, fund distribution, and a multi-family office. Prior to that, he was CEO of Aberdeen Standard Life Luxembourg, with €125 billion AUM, in UCITS and a wide range of real estate funds. Earlier, Steen was Managing Director at Julius Baer and Merrill Lynch in Luxembourg.
